"Do what you love until you go broke and can't do it any more."

Quite often, you'll get excited about an idea. Think it's super cool, and can't wait to get started! I find this is particularly true with new business startups. Stop and breath for a moment. It's worthwhile thinking things through.

Business helping business (BHB)

Hello!

My name is Linda Young. I'm an entrepreneur, business advisor, social media marketer, technophile, bibliophile and online junky.

There's a saying that goes "The first year of business is about survival; the second is about efficiency."

My purpose for this blog is to create an online resource for small business owners in their first year of business since this is quite often the toughest!

This will also be a place to share and exchange ideas.
