Linda Young spent the past year as a business advisor, working with new entrepreneurs to help them become successfully self employed. She understands the unique challenges small business owners face and is able to provide practical advice.

A former entrepreneur herself, she honed her marketing and small business owner skills as the proprietor of a brick-and-mortar and online bookstore for over four years.

Linda developed her expertise in online and social media marketing while implementing social media marketing strategies for a number of businesses, including a large post secondary institution and a luxury car dealership.

Linda has also completed (with honours!) the professional E-Marketing Certificate program offered by the Canadian Marketing Association.

There's a saying that goes "The first year of business is about survival; the second is about efficiency."
